Prepare Material

How to Repair Flexible LED Display Module?
When the flexible LED display module is damaged, how should we repair it? Let’s take a look at the specific process:
We have to use tweezers to carefully remove the gel around the LED bead, so that the pins inside are exposed to facilitate our next step.

Missing color
When we test the repaired flexible LED module with power on, if we find that the color is missing, then we can replace an LED and repeat the above steps again. If the same problem still occurs, then we need to carefully test the PCB circuit board to see if there are other wiring problems.

Check whether the power supply appears to be loose, and then observe whether the power indicator works normally. If the power supply fails to work properly, then the power supply needs to be replaced in time.
LED dim
This situation may be caused by the reverse polarity of the LED or the inconsistency between the switching power supply and the LED voltage labeling. The solution is to ensure that the LED positive and negative wiring is correct, and the switching power supply will be replaced with a consistent LED voltage labeling.
